• Complete registration form and mail to Tampa Zen Center, P.O. Box 13215, Tampa, FL 33681.
• Include your payment of check or money order with registration form.
• Make check or money order payable to Tampa Zen Center
• Your payment reserves your space.
• Include your email to receive a confirmation
• Due to limited space, registration will be first come first served.
• Registration Deadline is February 2, 2008
